We will gladly issue a product refund, credit or exchange when product is defective in craftsmanship. Organizers that are imprinted improperly due to customer error will not be refunded.
To ensure proper credit, please return a copy of the invoice you received along with a reason for your return indicated on the invoice. Pack the product securely and send it to the address listed below.
To protect returned product from being bent or damaged in transit, please reuse the box the product was originally shipped in if not damaged or use a similar protective box. Please do not ship our organizers or covers in a flexible mailing envelope, as it will not be returned in stock-able condition. Please do not send using Media mail as our Planner Pad organizer is not classified as media mail due to lack of printed material content and this will not cover the cost of shipping (we will deduct any additional postage amount from the credit). Please make sure that any leather item or organizer is wrapped in some type of shrink-wrap (not bubble-wrap) to protect the item from any weather element.
For your protection, we recommend that you return product using an insured traceable carrier. We are not liable for lost packages.
Once a return is processed we will issue a product refund to the original form of payment. For credit cards, because billing cycles vary by customer, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. We do not refund shipping and handling unless the return is a result of our error.
